FAQs
What sources does Content Cloud supported?
While our main focus is to provide Content Cloud for Drupal users, both Content Sync and Content Cloud are technology agnostic and we offer managed integrations to connect other 3rd party source and target apps and services. If you are interested in using Content Cloud for other CMSs and data sources, please contact us.
Does Content Cloud support Rich Text?
Yes, Content Cloud supports Rich Text but requires specific source modules/formats be used. Rich Text is an abstraction and simplification for formatting text that’s less opinionated than HTML for example. Rich Text makes it much easier to customize navigation, media, and control all of the rendering layer.
Does Content Cloud support custom webhooks?
Yes, Content Cloud supports custom webhooks as part of the underlying synchronization service. Please reach out to us if you’re interested in this feature.

No, Content Cloud does not support APQs at this stage.
Does Content Cloud support custom functions?
Content Cloud’s architecture allows us to add custom edge helpers that augment responses by, e.g., querying data from external services to include in the reply. While we are testing this feature internally, it is not production ready yet.
